• Strong Payments Business Analyst knowledge, especially ISO 20022 format.
• Expertise in MX Cash (PACS.008, PACS.009, CAMT052, CAMT053, CAMT.054 cash messages).
• Good understanding of cash services.
• Very good analytical skills.
• Good listening and communication abilities at similar company levels.
• Interest in creating win-win situations with internal and external clients.
• Openness to change and agile methodology.
• Proactive and good team player.

• Acting as the key interface between business stakeholders and IT teams.
• Understanding and assessing business operations, identifying issues and opportunities, recommending appropriate business solutions.
• Ensuring proper translation of business requirements and processes into structured documentation.
• Facilitating implementation and deployment of system changes by providing support, advice, and guidance throughout the project life cycle.
• Being the guardian of the project business scope.
• Supporting IT colleagues through project development, testing, and deployment phases.
• Leading and coaching other Business Analyst team members.
