• 8+ years in enterprise consulting or solution architecture with complex platform implementations.
• At least 3+ years focused on CPQ, Quote-to-Cash, B2B Commerce, or product configurations.
• Proven experience designing and delivering custom CPQ or product configurator solutions.
• Experience integrating CPQ with CRM, ERP, commerce platforms, and middleware.
• Hands-on with web and integration technologies like JavaScript, REST, SOAP, APIs.
• Desirable experience in digital commerce, service modernization, customer experience transformation, manufacturing, and B2B.
• Ability to engage senior stakeholders and translate requirements into architectural plans.
• Experience designing or implementing AI-driven workflows.
• Required certifications within specific timelines including Certified System Administrator, Application Developer, Implementation Specialist (SOM, CSM, FSM), ServiceNow CPQ/Product Configuration or equivalent, and Certified Technical Architect.

• Serve as primary technical authority for CPQ and Quote-to-Cash initiatives in client-facing architectural discussions and solution reviews.
• Design scalable CPQ and product configurator solutions, including Logik.ai (ServiceNow) technologies.
• Develop architectures integrating commerce platforms, ERP systems, CDPs, middleware, and enterprise systems.
• Conduct business and technical discovery, lead process mapping, and perform gap analysis.
• Contribute hands-on to solution delivery, configuration, development, and troubleshooting.
• Mentor consultants, developers, and analysts on CPQ architecture and delivery best practices.
• Support pre-sales by scoping engagements and communicating solution value to clients.
• Participate in internal enablement, client workshops, and industry forums to share CPQ and commerce insights.
