Senior Kotlin Developer

• Minimum 5 years of commercial experience in backend application development using Java or Kotlin.
• Very good knowledge of Kotlin.
• Experience with frameworks such as Spring Boot or Ktor.
• Experience with the Spring Security package.
• Good knowledge of Gradle (with Kotlin DSL).
• Experience working with relational databases (PostgreSQL).
• Practical knowledge of architecture including microservices, asynchronous communication (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka), and design patterns.
• Writing tests using JUnit and Kotest as standard practice.
• Use of AI tools for development.

• Build services from the ground up influencing the technology stack without technical debt.
• Maintain performance and scalability of systems serving tens of thousands of clients.
• Use AI-supported tools like Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, and Cursor daily to aid software development.
