SAP HCM Consultant

Our client is looking for an experienced SAP HCM Payroll Consultant (Poland) to join a long-term international SAP HCM / ADP GlobalView project.

• Strong experience in SAP HCM Payroll Poland (SAP HCM PY PL)
• Hands on experience in SAP Payroll configuration/customizing
• Solid understanding of payroll schemas, PCR rules, wage types, payroll results, and time integration
• Minimum 2 full-cycle SAP HCM Payroll implementation/rollout projects
• Strong knowledge of Polish payroll regulations and statutory requirements
• Experience working in implementation/project environments rather than payroll operations only
• Ability to independently analyze and solve payroll-related issues
• Good communication skills and ability to work with international stakeholders
• Communicative English

Nice to have:

• Experience with ADP GlobalView
• Experience in S/4HANA rollout projects
• Multi-country payroll exposure

• Perform end-to-end SAP HCM Payroll (Poland) configuration and customization
• Work with payroll schemas, PCR rules, wage types, and payroll validation
• Support workshops, requirement gathering, testing, and Go-Live activities
• Ensure compliance with Polish payroll regulations (ZUS, PIT, PPK, taxes, retro calculations, statutory requirements)
• Analyze and resolve payroll-related issues within SAP HCM
• Support unit testing, integration testing, UAT, and hypercare activities
• Validate payroll results and troubleshoot payroll discrepancies
• Collaborate with international and cross-functional teams
• Support payroll process optimization and rollout activities
