• Professional experience in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with Navisworks, Advance Steel, or BIM
• Customer service experience
• German or French language skills considered a plus

• Document problems and solutions in concise articles for the knowledge base
• Research, verify, and document product issues
• Manage customer expectations by providing timely updates on progress
