Systems & Network Engineer

Next Technology Professionals is a recruitment agency operating for nearly 10 years. They support specialists in IT, finance, engineering, and marketing to find new jobs, creating Research & Development (R&D), Shared Services (SSC), or Security Operations (SOC) centers and expanding IT teams for the largest companies in the world.

• Minimum 3 years of real experience administering LAN/WAN networks, including Wi-Fi, firewalls, and routing protocols.
• Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Zabbix, Nagios, and SolarWinds.
• Practical experience with Active Directory and/or Google Workspace.
• Effective collaboration and communication skills.
• English language proficiency close to C1 level and Polish at minimum B1.

Nice to have:

• Experience administrating Linux and Windows Server systems in virtualized environments (Proxmox, Hyper-V, VMware).
• Knowledge of ITSM principles (ITIL certification is an advantage).
• Experience with access control systems like Salto.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies.
• Proactivity, responsibility, and passion for technology.
• Legal eligibility to work in Poland (no visa sponsorship available).

• Supervise, diagnose, and configure network infrastructure, focusing on Wi-Fi with environments like Extreme and Ruckus and lightweight network stacks.
• Maintain and implement tools and services including Google Workspace, JIRA, Salto, Poly/Logitech videoconferencing systems, print servers (PaperCut), MDM, CCTV systems, and others.
• Administer the global access control system, managing hundreds of locks and thousands of user accesses.
• Monitor environment, promptly resolve faults, analyze problems, and participate in on-call duty.
• Create and update technical documentation, diagrams, configurations, and change logs.
• Provide support to teams from other departments and offer technical consultations.
• Share knowledge and support junior team members.
