Required experience:

• 15-20 years of business experience, ideally in technology industry.
• Minimum 10 years in Learning & Development at scale or HR and talent development.
• Strong business acumen with understanding of Cloud, Cybersecurity, and Infrastructure managed services.
• Experience presenting to business executive boards.
• Proven experience in understanding and implementing technology upskilling programs at scale.

• Definition of a cohesive learning strategy based on CIS capability building plan, co-designed with CHRO and business leaders.
• Active promotion and localization of Group learning initiatives across the GBL.
• Contribution to Learning transformation agenda including digital learning technology stack evolution and pilot leadership.
• Accountability for end-to-end development and delivery of CIS programs ensuring alignment with business requirements and performance assessment.
• Acting as "One Capgemini" ambassador promoting collaboration and integration within Group L&D.
• Budget optimization and efficiency management by consolidating CIS learning budget and orchestrating learning teams.
• People management of learning teams within CIS (team size below 10).
