E2E Supply Planner

The role is within Global Supply/Operations Planning supporting Delivery Centre projects and cross-functional initiatives.

• University degree or technical background in logistics, manufacturing, systems, or business preferred.
• 5+ years' experience in supply/operations roles within FMCG or international environments.
• Strong planning experience in supply, demand, and distribution.
• Fluent in English and confident in data-driven decision-making.
• Skilled in planning systems such as SAP APO, Axapta, Vanguard, SAS.
• Advanced MS Office skills; experience with SQL, data warehouses, and system implementations is a plus.
• Strong ownership, responsibility, and continuous improvement mindset.
• Achievement orientation, communication, customer orientation, continuous improvement, innovation, problem-solving, systems evaluation, and teamwork skills.

• Provide clear visibility of stock levels and proactively analyze potential constraints.
• Identify upcoming availability risks, assess impact, propose actions, and escalate when needed.
• Track and report E2E Planning KPIs with root-cause analysis and improvement proposals.
• Ensure accurate master data and parameter settings through regular system updates and clean-up.
• Represent the E2E Planning team in Delivery Centre projects and contribute to internal improvement initiatives.
• Review systems and processes to identify efficiency opportunities.
• Monitor data quality in planning systems and take corrective action when issues arise.
• Support process owners in maintaining and improving E2E Planning processes.
