Senior Fullstack Developer

Link Group is hiring a Senior Fullstack Developer to work on development and design initiatives using Java, Spring Boot, and Angular. The role is based in Cracow or Warsaw with a hybrid work model.

• Experience with Java development.
• Experience with Spring Boot framework.
• Experience with Angular framework.
• Ability to write and ensure thorough unit test cases.
• Adherence to quality protocols and best practices.
• Capability to work autonomously.
• Experience participating in code reviews.
• Familiarity with project specifications and regulatory guidelines.

• Investigate user needs, create specifications, and deploy systems following company standards and regulatory guidelines.
• Manage development and design initiatives using Java, Spring Boot, and Angular.
• Ensure thorough coverage of unit test cases.
• Adhere strictly to project best practices and quality protocols.
• Work autonomously on assigned tasks.
• Provide training to colleagues on functional and technical aspects where feasible.
• Participate in code reviews and uphold application quality.
• Maintain and refactor applications as necessary.
• Hybrid work model: one day a week in the office (Cracow or Warsaw).
