• Strong C++ (modern and legacy) development experience.
• Deep knowledge of Windows development including Win32 API, Windows file systems, processes, services, scheduling; DLL loading and dependency resolution.
• Experience with COM / ActiveX including COM interface implementation; Registry-based COM activation; Type libraries, IDL, and marshalling concepts.
• Build & tooling expertise with Visual Studio 2022, migration from older Visual Studio versions (2010–2019); MSBuild and custom build scripts; CI/CD pipelines (preferably Bitbucket).
• Debugging and refactoring skills.

• Design, develop, and implement software solutions using C++.
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of software projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Mentor and guide junior developers in best practices and career growth.
• Maintain and enhance existing software applications.
• Identify and resolve technical issues and challenges.
