Principal Platform Release Manager

SimCorp is a leading provider of integrated investment management solutions operating for over 50 years with 3,000+ colleagues and is an independent subsidiary of the Deutsche Börse Group. The role is within the Release and Adoption team responsible for platform releases and cloud-native solutions adoption.

• Proven experience in Azure platform management, including tenant configuration and governance.
• Strong understanding of release management processes and ITSM frameworks.
• Familiarity with cloud migration strategies, automation, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of security and compliance standards (e.g., SOC 2, SDL methodology).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Define and maintain Azure tenant configuration standards across environments.
• Coordinate release planning and execution with Product, Engineering, and Delivery teams.
• Manage exception handling and governance for non-standard platform requests.
• Drive standardization of Azure assets and versioning strategies.
• Conduct platform state and gap analysis for internal and client environments.
• Support PreSales and adoption programs with early access to new capabilities.
• Develop documentation and training materials for platform release processes.
