The recruitment team is mature and senior, led by two Team Leaders and experienced IT recruiters, focusing on process consistency, quality, and efficiency.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT recruitment (consulting/outsourcing experience is a plus).
• Comfortable working in a process-driven environment focused on achieving better results.
• Ability to advise clients and act as a strategic recruitment partner.
• Thrives in a dynamic, project-oriented environment.
• Strong knowledge of the IT market and proven ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Manage end-to-end IT recruitment processes from market analysis and sourcing to candidate onboarding.
• Collaborate closely with Account Managers and participate in client business meetings.
• Independently manage recruitment projects, including gathering and clarifying requirements.
• Coordinate multiple stakeholders: Account Manager, Team Leader, teams, clients, and suppliers.
• Build positive relationships with candidates and ensure excellent candidate experience.
• Manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously with high quality and timely delivery.
