Solution Engineer (Infrastructure)

Promise Group is a leading Microsoft partner in the CEE region, operating since 1991 and the largest provider of Microsoft solutions in Poland since 1996. The company offers a wide range of products and services for various economic sectors including finance, telecommunications, media, energy, manufacturing, trade, services, public administration, education, and healthcare. It specializes in software licensing optimization, IT systems design, implementation, maintenance, and business application development.

• Over 3 years of experience in a similar role with expertise in On-Prem – Exchange, AD DS, EntraID, Migration to M365, PowerShell, Windows Server 2016
• Experience in implementing Microsoft products (especially infrastructure solutions)

Nice to have:

• Certificates: AZ-800, AZ-801, MS-102, MCITP, MCTS
• Ability to conduct training and webinars
• Strong presales and business communication skills
• English proficiency (at least B2 level)

• Participation in IT projects (architecture, configuration) and analysis and creation of business requirements specifications
• Participation in presales activities and supporting the delivery of IT projects
• Lead and facilitate workshops to gather business requirements and align technical solutions with client needs
• Collaboration with delivery, presales and business team
