Senior AI Engineer (GenAI)

• Minimum 5 years of commercial software engineering experience, including backend development.
• Experience in building and deploying production systems using LLM, including RAG or agent systems.
• Very good knowledge of Python and experience in API development and integration.
• Experience with GenAI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph or similar).
• Practical experience with the Azure platform, including integration with AI services (e.g., Azure OpenAI).
• Experience working with SQL databases and vector search/embeddings solutions.
• Experience designing scalable production solutions.
• Knowledge of Docker, Git, and CI/CD.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Kubernetes.
• Experience in regulated environments (e.g., fintech).
• Knowledge of model quality monitoring and LLM response evaluation.
• Experience working in an international environment.

• Designing and developing applications based on LLM (OpenAI / Azure OpenAI), including agent systems and workflow orchestration.
• Building and optimizing production RAG pipelines (ingestion, retrieval, tuning, evaluation).
• Designing GenAI architectures and integrating with enterprise systems and APIs.
• Backend development in Python and building scalable API services.
• Integration with the Azure platform, including AI services.
• Implementing tests, CI/CD, monitoring, and observability mechanisms for AI systems.
• Ensuring quality, security, and stability of solutions operating in production.
• Participating in architecture reviews and mentoring less experienced engineers.
