Incident Manager with French

• Very good verbal and written French language skills
• At least one year of experience in a service management position
• Presenting La Niaque! attitude
• Very good management and communication skills
• Basic ITIL knowledge
• Good command of MS Office suite

• Monitoring and managing the progress of incidents of internal teams and external teams as required
• Prioritizing incidents according to their urgency and influence on the business
• Monitoring resolver queues and escalating when incidents are not being resolved within service levels
• Providing incident reporting as needed
• Production and maintenance of the Major Incident communication
• Facilitating and coordinating technical major incident restoration team meetings
