Service Delivery Team Leader with English or French (m/f)

For our Client, a global leader in the industry, related to the SSC area, we are looking for an experienced Service Delivery Team Leader who will take on a key role in leading a team, ensuring operational excellence and driving continuous improvement within an international environment.

We are looking for multiple candidates who will join the team.

• at least 3 years of direct team management experience, with a strong focus on people leadership, preferably within SSC/BPO
• background in HR, payroll, operations or customer service
• ability to drive KPI achievement while motivating and engaging the team
• strong interpersonal skills, including conflict resolution and building effective cooperation
• English or English and French proficiency at B2+/C1 level
• previous experience in an international environment
• solid computer literacy and confident use of MS Office

• managing a Service Delivery team of 10-15 specialists
• taking full ownership of managerial tasks: organizing work, setting priorities, ensuring performance
• overseeing the achievement of KPI's, SLA's and other delivery metrics
• supporting team members through coaching, mentoring and hands-on onboarding
• participating in annual performance reviews and designing career development paths
• handling administrative responsibilities within the team, including leave approvals
• collaborating with global branches across the group to ensure consistency and share best practices
