Join our team as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE specialist and contribute to a large-scale international project for a client in Saudi Arabia, where you will shape CRM architecture, drive system evolution, and support business-critical processes in a complex enterprise environment.
Wymagania
- Have at least 6 years of experience with Dynamics 365 CE / CRM, covering both custom development and solution architecture
- Communicate confidently in English in client-facing and technical environments (minimum B2/C1)
- Have strong knowledge of Dataverse (data modeling, security model, solution layering)
- Have experience developing plugins (C#), custom workflows/actions, and working with the Web API
- Are familiar with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) in enterprise-scale solutions
- Have experience taking over and stabilizing existing implementations after another vendor (transition, reverse engineering, documentation, governance)
- Have experience with system integrations (REST / SOAP) and understand selected Azure integration patterns (e.g., Service Bus, Event Grid, Functions, Logic Apps), including monitoring and error handling
Nice to have:
- Experience in contact center / omnichannel and Case Management scenarios in Dynamics 365 (routing, SLA, queues)
- Experience with ALM for Power Platform (pipelines, solution promotion) and DevOps practices
- Experience with test automation for Dynamics 365 (e.g., EasyRepro, Playwright, Selenium, API testing) and building a CRM test strategy
Obowiązki
- Review the existing architecture, customizations, and integrations, identifying technical debt and risks, including vendor lock-in concerns
- Develop a system transition plan and define development standards, including branching strategy, ALM, release management, quality gates, and security practices
- Design and implement Dynamics 365 extensions, including plugins, custom workflows/actions, custom APIs, PCF components, model-driven apps, and security configurations with role-based access
- Support core CRM modules (Sales, Customer Service, Contact Center), with a strong focus on Case Management and service process automation (e.g., fraud case routing)
- Design integrations between Dynamics 365 and domain systems (e.g., LOS over CRM), covering both synchronous and asynchronous patterns, along with appropriate integration and monitoring strategies
- Establish architectural standards and guidelines for the client’s internal technical teams (technical leads and production support)
- Define and implement a testing approach for Dynamics 365, including unit, integration, and UI testing, as well as test data, environments, and regression management
