• Experience in designing and implementing Voice AI / voicebot solutions (IVR).
• Practical knowledge of system integration (REST API, webhooks, working with databases, CRM or call center systems).
• Understanding of speech processing pipeline: STT, TTS, dialogue management, conversation context.
• Ability to create prompts, conversation scenarios, and conversational logic.
• Experience in analyzing qualitative and quantitative data (conversation metrics, transcripts, A/B tests).
• Basic programming or scripting knowledge (e.g., Python, JavaScript or similar).
• Analytical thinking and ability to optimize solutions for effectiveness, cost, and performance.
• Good work organization and communication skills when working with technical and business teams.

• Designing, building, and developing voicebots (IVR/Voice AI) supporting customer service and sales processes.
• Integrating voicebot solutions with company systems (CRM, appointment scheduling system, call center/telecom, databases, webhooks, and APIs).
• Configuring and maintaining the pipeline: speech recognition (STT), conversation logic (LLM), speech synthesis (TTS), dialogue and context management.
• Creating and maintaining prompts, conversation scenarios, validation mechanisms, and escalation rules to consultants.
• Monitoring conversation quality (metrics, transcript analysis), conducting A/B tests, iterative improvements, and optimizing costs/latency.
