Data Support Analyst

• First-level university degree or equivalent experience; advanced university degree possible.
• 3+ years experience in operations.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (mandatory).
• Knowledge of Power BI and SQL (mandatory).
• Strong communication skills (written, verbal, presentation).
• Strong knowledge of process area with experience in process improvement projects and ability to suggest improvements.
• Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills.
• Basic financial and business acumen.

• Manage the company's database ensuring data safety and security to prevent unauthorized access and information risk.
• Review and approve or reject user access to channel data environment.
• Provide support on Channel Data Quality issues.
• Communicate project status, process standards and changes, issues, and workarounds clearly to stakeholders and internal development team.
• Create technical documentation on implementation of change requests.
• Own research and data analysis for complex projects; may lead low complexity projects.
• Represent business needs during moderately complex process improvement projects.
• Support design of new or improved processes of moderate complexity.
• Design, develop, and operationalize high performance, scalable, secure, and resilient solutions in the cloud platform and services platform (ThoughtSpot) with internal training provided.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across product and engineering teams to drive high quality services and features.
• Adopt customer-centric approach to participate in solutions backlog and roadmap planning.
• Partner with peers to implement appropriate technologies and frameworks for efficient solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, perform retrospectives, and incorporate learnings to improve BI platforms.
• Identify processes and tasks that can be automated with internal tools and build these tools.
• Deliver successful end-to-end technical architecture to meet client's business objectives and BI/Analytics requirements.
• Work collaboratively with project managers, solution architects, and business analysts.
• Create data models for BI/Analytics needs to help customers answer business questions.
• Design relevant ThoughtSpot artifacts (worksheets, searches, pinboards) to drive desired end-user experience.
• Establish working relationships with various business units.
• Utilize standard project management and quality improvement methodologies in process improvement approaches.
• Drive projects and implement process changes to meet ongoing business objectives.
