Change Manager

• 3-6 years of experience in change management for digital and technology transformations, including enterprise platforms and modern SaaS
• Ability to handle ambiguity and make progress with incomplete information using hypothesis-driven and iterative learning approaches
• Proven track record managing multiple projects concurrently with structured prioritization and clear communication
• Strong stakeholder management skills across all levels including executive sponsors, functional leaders, product/engineering teams, and change champions
• Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills, able to simplify complex AI concepts and drive decisions
• Hands-on experience designing and executing key change management deliverables such as change strategy, impact/readiness assessments, communication/training plans, and adoption tracking
• Familiarity with AI productivity and developer tools (e.g., Microsoft 365 Copilot, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) and their enterprise adoption patterns

Nice to have:

• Certification or experience with Prosci ADKAR; familiarity with KPMG change approaches
• Exposure to tool governance and champion networks within a transformation operating model
• Background in product management or delivery/project management with ability to partner across technical and business teams

• Plan and deliver change across concurrent initiatives, building integrated change strategies and plans covering communication, enablement/training, champions, and adoption measurement for program workstreams
• Stakeholder engagement and governance: map stakeholders, define roles/decision rights, and run governance routines aligned with program expectations
• Lead change impact and readiness assessments, baseline readiness, identify resistance points, and co-create mitigation actions
• Develop and execute communication strategies with clear narratives and multi-channel communications for diverse audiences
• Design role-based training paths, QuickStart guides, and job-embedded aids for AI tools and agents; collaborate with Tool Champions
• Define measurement strategies with success metrics and KPIs tied to adoption, usage, and business outcomes; implement feedback loops and sustainment plans post-launch
