Wymagania
- 8+ years of experience in full lifecycle technical recruiting, including experience with international companies.
- Experience leading hiring strategy for complex technical organizations.
- Success building relationships of influence with senior business leaders.
- Familiarity with software engineering hiring profiles.
- Aptitude for technical terminology and concepts.
- Proven success closing candidates.
- Experience owning and improving hiring processes.
- Experience working in a startup or fast-paced hiring environment.
- Excellent communication skills.

- Experience recruiting for machine learning engineers.
- Passion for robotics, autonomy, and machine learning.
- Experience hiring engineers at top-tier global companies.
Obowiązki
- Contribute to the entire recruiting life-cycle, including sourcing activity, ensuring an equitable, inclusive, and accessible hiring system.
- Manage hiring manager relationships by defining scope, advising on leveling, and driving hiring decisions.
- Perform recruiting analyses and talent assessments to optimize search strategy and hiring productivity.
- Manage candidate relationships, providing excellent candidate care and experience.
- Extend, negotiate, and close offers, including making recommendations on offer close strategy.
