Business Analyst

• Experience as a Business Analyst on ecommerce/experience projects
• Experience managing client stakeholders and Product Owners/Managers
• Ability to run workshops with client stakeholders
• Highly proactive, enthusiastic, detail-oriented, professional, and a team player
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a customer-first mindset
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Experience with Agile software delivery
• Business process mapping and engineering skills
• Ecommerce and retail/brand experience
• Ability to produce high-quality user stories and acceptance criteria
• Experience analyzing and designing systems (package integration and bespoke development)
• Ability to work independently to an agreed action plan
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Strong problem solving, time management, and organizational skills
• Strong commercial awareness and business acumen
• Energetic and enthusiastic with strong attention to detail

• Gather and document requirements, translating them into clear user stories and acceptance criteria for business and technical users
• Plan, run, and facilitate workshops; review and assess customer source documentation
• Identify and recommend potential solutions, assessing technical and business suitability
• Create logical and innovative solutions to problems
• Present proposals to clients
• Work with scrum/delivery teams through to go-live
• Analyze business systems to recommend efficiencies
• Provide estimates for analysis work and plans with Project/Programme Managers
