Technical Solutions Consultant

Netguru offers application development services across industries such as fintech, healthcare, commerce, tourism, and robotics, using technologies like Ruby on Rails, Node.js, React.js, React Native, Kotlin, Vue.js, Python, Django, and Elixir.

• Candidates must be based in Poland.
• Fluent English and Polish (minimum C1 level).
• Strong technical foundation in software engineering, systems architecture, or technical product management.
• 4-7 years of experience in the IT sector, specifically within software agencies, professional services, or consulting companies.
• Experience in the full sales cycle, including leading discovery workshops, shaping technical proposals, and drafting Statements of Work (SOW).
• Ability to translate ambiguous business requirements into structured technical frameworks, define scope boundaries, and assess project feasibility.
• Proficiency in effort sizing and technical risk identification, understanding architectural trade-offs impacting timelines and margins.
• Tech-agnostic mindset to objectively evaluate and recommend diverse technologies based on client needs.
• Practical experience collaborating with engineering and delivery teams to ensure proposed solutions are realistic and implementable.

Nice to have:

• Proven ability to lead structured discovery sessions with C-level executives and technical stakeholders.
• Understanding and domain knowledge of emerging technologies and solutions in Commerce.
• Certification and/or training in the Cloud area.

• Lead expert-level discovery calls to understand client requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Architect high-level solution frameworks and project approaches addressing specific client challenges.
• Coordinate the end-to-end estimation process, collaborating with Delivery teams to ensure technical feasibility and resource accuracy.
• Own the technical narrative of inbound sales proposals, bridging client expectations and delivery capabilities.
• Guide the cross-functional presales process as the primary technical point of contact before project kickoff.
• Partner with Business Development, Delivery, and Engineering Managers to align technical solutions with business goals and ensure seamless knowledge transfer and formal handover before project kickoff.
