Digital Consultant, Salesforce

• Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM architecture, data models, security model, and declarative automation tools (Flows, Process Builder)
• Proficient in Apex, JavaScript, Visualforce, and SOQL
• Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs, including MuleSoft
• Strong grasp of Object-Oriented Programming concepts applied in Apex and JavaScript
• Solid understanding of relational databases, data normalization, and SQL
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Salesforce deployment tools (change sets, SFDX)
• Ability to write effective Apex unit tests and follow test-driven development

Desirable Qualifications:

• Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1) certification

Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
• 3+ years as Business Analyst, Consultant, or similar in B2B environment
• Strong understanding of B2B business processes and digital commerce solutions
• Proficient in Salesforce setup, configuration, order management, and integrations
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Experience leading business process mapping sessions and working cross-functionally

• Partner with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into Salesforce-based solutions
• Design, configure, and optimize Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, and Commerce clouds
• Lead or support Salesforce implementations, enhancements, and system integrations
• Collaborate with developers, architects, and project managers to deliver successful outcomes
• Provide strategic guidance on Salesforce capabilities, platform best practices, and roadmap planning
• Support user adoption through documentation, training, and change management
• Ensure solution quality, scalability, and alignment with client goals
