Industry X / PLM / SCM Industry Expert Consulting Lead Role

The Supply Chain Management Team supports major brands in designing and implementing future-ready supply chain operating models, focusing on digital transformation using AI/ML, predictive and prescriptive analytics.

• At least 10+ years in consulting roles or with software vendors with significant expertise in Manufacturing solutions
• Deep knowledge and proficiency in PLM / R&D systems, MES, and integration with Supply Chain
• Industry experience in Manufacturing, Consumer Goods, or Life-Sciences/Pharmaceuticals with knowledge of R&D Operations
• Expertise in analyzing client strategy, operating vision, business imperatives, and process improvements
• Experience assisting client business case development including technology and implementation cost estimation
• Awareness and hands-on experience in designing end-to-end solutions including application integration and cloud architectures
• Knowledge of existing, new, and emerging digital technologies applicable to R&D / PLM / NPD operational processes
• Knowledge of enterprise systems including ERP, PIM, and DAM
• Broad business skills including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience
• Experience in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data for various audiences
• Excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills in the country’s official language(s) and English (C2 proficiency)
• Willingness to travel for projects

• Lead Industry X / Digital Manufacturing / Smart operations workstreams in client-focused international projects with strong autonomy
• Act as functional and solution expert to advise customers and deliver results
• Lead and contribute to planning, conception, and implementation of complex Digital Manufacturing / Industry X transformation projects including collaboration with partners
• Lead and contribute to business development from RFI to proposal submission and presentation
• Participate in practice development including service offerings, training, and knowledge management
• Develop methodologies and collateral to support promotion of methods and tools through presentations, specimen RFI/RFP content, toolkits, and deliverables
