Principal - Energy Trading & Risk Management (ETRM)

• Deep expertise in ETRM systems (e.g., Endur) and energy trading lifecycle
• Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and manage complex project deliveries
• Experience in client engagement, solution architecture, and delivery governance
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement across trading platforms
• Excellent leadership and mentoring capabilities

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Energy, Engineering, Economics, Finance, or related field
• Certifications in ETRM systems, Power Trading, or Energy Markets
• Prior consulting experience focused on Energy/power markets

• Lead large-scale Energy Trading & Risk Management (ETRM) transformation programs
• Provide strategic direction and manage delivery teams
• Ensure alignment with client objectives across trading, risk, and regulatory domains
