Organizational Change Management Consultant

• Higher education degree in Organizational Development, Psychology, Business Management, Communication, or related fields.
• At least 3+ years of relevant and recent consulting or business experience.
• Solid background in Organizational Change Management, continuous improvement, design thinking, learning & development, and transformation experience.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering client engagements in Organizational Transformation.
• Functional expertise in ERP (S/4Hana, SAP, Oracle), BPO/Outsourcing, Cloud, or Salesforce Transformation.
• Proactive self-starter with high energy, motivation, and driving personality.
• Willingness to travel.
• Excellent command of English.

Nice to have:

• Additional language skills in German or French.

• Work on large scale international business transformation programs focused on organization transformations, digital and ERP implementations, and Business Process Outsourcing.
• Act as an integral part of larger project teams to ensure successful client delivery through customer experience.
• Guide client stakeholders on the change journey using change expertise.
• Develop and implement change strategies and plans.
• Conduct change impact and change readiness assessments.
• Manage client stakeholders at all levels.
• Plan and execute communications.
• Organize training programs.
• Contribute to the development of Organizational Transformation methodology and knowledge assets as part of the Talent & Organization team.
• Contribute to proposal creation and development of service offerings in Organizational Transformation.
