- Provide assistance with product usage, troubleshooting, and technical inquiries.
- Educate customers about software features, updates, and industry best practices.
- Document all interactions with customers accurately in the CRM system.
- Work closely with technical teams to resolve complex issues and provide comprehensive solutions.
