- Familiarity with IT support tools and CRM systems is desirable.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece and work flexible hours as needed.
Obowiązki
- Provide customer support for IT-related inquiries, troubleshooting, and technical assistance via phone, email, and live chat in German.
- Assist customers in resolving technical issues related to software, hardware, and network services.
- Document customer interactions and technical resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolutions.
- Educate clients about product usage, features, and updates to enhance their experience.
- Stay updated on the latest IT trends and technologies to provide informed support to customers.
