Obowiązki
- Provide technical assistance to French-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and resolutions in the helpdesk system
- Educate clients on product usage and support software-related inquiries
- Collaborate with team members to escalate complex issues when necessary
- Gather client feedback to identify service improvement areas
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and support techniques
