Experienced Business/System Analyst combining analytical and technical skills, working on financial transaction processing, system migration, and new product implementation projects. Involved in strategic front-to-back transaction platform and global transformation initiatives.
Wymagania
- Minimum 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in financial transaction processing (trade booking/processing).
- Good knowledge of transaction lifecycle (Front Office – Middle Office – Back Office).
- Solid product knowledge in FX Cash, derivatives (Rates Derivatives, ETD, Credit).
- Experience in full project lifecycle (Agile, UAT, testing, deployment).
- Knowledge of industry standards (ISDA FPML, CDM) and market regulations (e.g., MiFID) is an advantage.
- Skills in process and data modeling (UML, BPML, logical data modeling).
- Experience working with APIs and data models.
- Strong analytical skills, problem-solving, and ability to collaborate with developers and testers.
- Fluent English (spoken and written).
- Higher education preferred in IT, engineering, finance, economics, or related fields.
Additional skills:
- Experience working with global stakeholders.
- Ability to work under time pressure (e.g., critical incidents).
- Leadership skills and capability to act as a mini Product Owner.
- Experience with derivatives and electronic trading (Electronic Trading, FIX, Market Data) is a plus.
Obowiązki
- Collecting, analyzing, and translating business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
- Designing solutions supporting front-to-back processes in financial markets (trading, risk, operations, settlements).
- Collaborating with development and testing teams in Agile methodology (sprint planning, retrospectives, test case support).
- Participating in transformation and migration projects from legacy to strategic platforms.
- Identifying project risks, proposing mitigation actions, and communicating with global stakeholders.
- Supporting onboarding of new financial instruments and transaction lifecycle events.
- Creating project documentation according to industry standards.
- Acting as a business partner in project and technical discussions, representing the system in inter-team communications.
- Engaging in strategic transformation projects and front-to-back platform development for financial markets.
- Cooperating with global teams and stakeholders across different time zones.
