• Proficiency in English and Hungarian, both written and spoken
• Proactive with good support and sales skills
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Attention to detail
• Previous experience considered an advantage

• Search and find solutions for customers’ issues
• Analyse customers’ behaviour and maintain personalised relationships with VIP clients to meet their needs
• Monitor customers’ performance and behaviour to evaluate bonus crediting
• Ensure product compliance according to relevant regulations
