Wymagania

  • Professional experience in headhunting from a reputable executive search firm or in-house search function within the Technology industry.
  • Knowledge of tools for identifying future talent including market mapping.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills with SQL or Python.
  • Experience conducting behavioural, competency-based interviews and training stakeholders.
  • Exposure or appreciation of psychometric assessments.
  • Exceptional academic background including a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology or a people-based subject and good level of Maths from High School.
  • High level of personal organisation for effective remote work.
  • Willingness to travel 2-4 times a year for company events.

Other skills:

  • Experience with advanced analytical and statistical data analysis.
  • Exposure to Greenhouse ATS, Thomas International, and DISC profiling.
  • Knowledge of psychometric validity and reliability metrics.

Obowiązki

  • Develop a search strategy ensuring smooth pipeline movement for headhunted talent.
  • Coach senior leadership teams to improve hiring outcomes and talent attraction.
  • Drive talent analytics using SQL or Python to provide real-time insights and identify trends.
  • Conduct in-depth behavioural talent interviews to gain insights into motivations and behaviours.
  • Build relationships with global stakeholders to deliver hiring agenda and ensure consistency in operational processes.
  • Continuously improve hiring processes and outcomes.
  • Promote diversity and inclusion by removing unconscious bias and supporting inclusive sourcing strategies.
