Dutch/Flemish Speaking Appointment Setter - Relocation to Sofia

• Fluency in Dutch or Flemish (both spoken and written) is required; knowledge of English is advantageous.
• Previous experience in appointment setting, lead generation, or customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport with potential clients.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in managing appointments.
• Proficient in CRM systems and standard office software.
• A self-motivated individual who can work collaboratively within a team.
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria, and embrace a new cultural experience.

• Initiate contact with potential clients in the Dutch and Flemish-speaking markets to identify viable leads.
• Clearly communicate the benefits of our services and successfully arrange appointments with interested clients.
• Follow up with prospects through phone calls, emails, and social media to nurture relationships and confirm appointments.
• Accurately document all interactions and appointment details within our CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure the smooth transition from appointment setting to sales discussions.
• Provide insights and feedback to enhance our lead generation strategies.
• Stay informed about industry trends to effectively engage prospects.

Relocation to Sofia, Bulgaria is required.
