Business Process Modelling Specialist/Analyst

• At least 5 years of experience in digital banking, including working as a Business Analyst in digital banking, fintech, or large-scale transformation programs
• Experience designing scalable and modular processes across multiple EU markets, considering local regulatory and operational differences
• Understanding of banking capabilities and their mapping to enterprise architecture; ability to design E2E cross-product and cross-channel orchestration frameworks
• Experience with parameterization frameworks and clear distinction between business-controlled and IT-controlled configurations; familiarity with Camunda Decision Modeler is a plus
• Experience working in multi-product and/or multi-market environments
• Strong knowledge of modern digital banking architecture, including microservices, API orchestration, low-code platforms, and DevSecOps pipelines
• Strong stakeholder management and change management skills, including collaboration with C-level executives, structured analytical approach, and coaching of Product Owners and Project/Program Managers
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written

• Be responsible for expert-level work on process modeling and optimization, focusing on scalability and reusability across multiple products, markets, and channels
• Map processes for defined countries and products and design end-to-end (E2E) processes
• Identify functional and non-functional requirements
• Define process parameterization boundaries, including division of responsibilities between Business and IT
• Deliver a future-state onboarding blueprint for four products, documented in BPMN/DMN
• Design critical components with reusability in mind, including output management, process decoupling, application modeling, business rules implementation, and unified data model
• Prepare a governance playbook covering RACI, change approval workflows, and rollback guidelines for parameterized processes
• Design processes based on agreed KPIs and business objectives
• Lead capability-building workshops and deliver knowledge transfer to internal teams
