Senior UX/UI Designer

Integral Solutions is a company involved in international projects, focusing on creating advanced UX solutions that impact user experiences. The role involves working in a team of UX designers on complex solutions, primarily in desktop environments.

• Minimum 6 years of experience in UX design.
• Experience working with Confluence and Jira.
• Very good knowledge and experience using Adobe XD and Figma.
• Experience in conducting UX workshops and facilitating stakeholder requirements.
• Experience in internal projects, mainly in desktop environments.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team of UX designers.

Nice to have:

• At least 2 years of experience designing digital solutions for the banking sector.
• Competence in graphic design (UI).
• Experience coordinating UX specialists such as UX Writers and UX researchers.
• Knowledge of the Polish banking market (retail and corporate banking).
• Knowledge of digital accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban.

• Independently lead comprehensive UX projects involving collaboration with business, analysts, and development teams, supported by concrete examples.
• Organize and conduct UX workshops, including facilitation of requirements and business stakeholder expectations.
• Collaborate effectively within a team of several UX designers working on a complex solution.
• Negotiate and present UX arguments in the context of business goals.

Work mode is hybrid: 4 days remote, 1 day in the office in Warsaw.
