Salesforce Commerce Cloud Developer

• 4-7 years of client-side or consultancy experience in eCommerce with project leadership.
• Excellent working knowledge and hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
• Deep understanding of digital technologies within commerce and martech landscapes.
• Digital expertise in FMCG/CPG, Retail, or Automotive sectors.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Experience in client discovery and information gathering using interviews, workshops, surveys, document reviews, and assessments.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident presenter capable of articulating insights and recommendations.
• Proven problem-solving abilities with data analysis skills.
• Strong understanding of digital technologies and multi-channel selling/trading.
• Active use and passion for AI tools to drive efficiency and innovation.
• Ambitious, curious, and driven to grow and learn.
• Organized with good time management and prioritization skills.
• Collaborative team player working effectively in cross-functional teams.

• Build strong client relationships, understand needs, and identify value delivery opportunities.
• Lead consultancy engagements and manage key stakeholder relationships.
• Provide strategic guidance, conduct business analysis, and develop proposals and roadmaps.
• Solve complex challenges and take ownership of deliverables.
• Anticipate client needs and offer proactive solutions.
• Identify opportunities for scope expansion and contribute to cross-capability solutions.
