Fullstack Developer

The Digital Customer Experience (DCX) team helps global brands and public organizations implement business-focused digital capabilities using modern technologies such as Angular-based front-end development. The team works in Agile and Lean Software Engineering practices, emphasizing good communication and feedback culture.

• At least 3 years of experience as a Fullstack JavaScript/TypeScript Developer
• Strong frontend development skills with one or more modern frameworks: React, Angular, or Vue (experience building complex UI components)
• Practical backend development experience using Node.js and frameworks such as Express.js, Nest.js, or Next.js, or alternatively Java (Spring)
• Knowledge of SOLID principles and Clean Code practices
• Skilled in preparing unit tests
• Knowledge of Unix, Linux, GitHub, Bitbucket
• Experience designing REST/GraphQL interfaces and databases using SQL, Oracle/MS SQL Server/PostgreSQL
• Knowledge of NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB) is a plus
• Knowledge of cloud solutions (e.g., AWS, Terraform) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Fluency in English

• Hands-on experience in a technical leadership role (e.g., Tech Lead)
• Knowledge of German

• Leading role in a team of developers
• Creating modern applications for external clients using JavaScript/TypeScript
• Developing solutions based on design and architectural patterns using DevOps, Domain-Driven Design, Behavior-Driven Development, TDD, and Infrastructure as a Service/Code
• Working in international teams using best practices and agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban)
• Developing professional software with Clean Code principles
• Collaborating closely with experienced experts to deepen technical, business, and interpersonal skills
