Business Analyst (international project)

We are looking for a Business Analyst who feels comfortable at the intersection of business and IT, can organize complex processes, and co-create solutions for large organizations (including the financial and banking sectors).

• Accept the requirement to travel to Saudi Arabia for a minimum of 6 months in a 2 weeks onsite / 2 weeks offshore model
• Have at least 5 years of experience in independent business and system analysis and requirements documentation (use cases, scenarios, user stories, acceptance criteria)
• Can clearly and precisely translate business language into technical language
• Have strong analytical skills and enjoy solving complex problems
• Work independently, manage your time well, and feel comfortable working in a team
• Can lead conversations with various stakeholders and ask challenging questions
• Are familiar with tools such as Confluence, Jira, and notations like UML and BPMN
• Communicate fluently in English (meetings, documentation)

Nice to have:

• Experience in banking or financial sector projects
• Ability to facilitate workshops using techniques such as: Event Storming, User Story Mapping, Example Mapping, Domain Storytelling, Impact Mapping
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience working in a product environment
• Previous experience in IT consulting (IT audits, IT strategy, IT optimization)

• Clarify business goals and client needs - from initial discussions through to finalized requirements
• Elicit, document, and validate business requirements (use cases, user stories, acceptance criteria)
• Translate business requirements into system requirements in collaboration with architects and development teams
• Support the delivery team during implementations and assist the client during solution rollout and usage
• Analyze how the client’s IT environment operates and identify opportunities to optimize processes and systems
