Technical Business Analyst

Mindbox is a tech-driven company connecting top IT talents with technology projects for leading enterprises across Europe. The role is part of the Data Team working on data ingestion, data products, data quality processes, and integration with platforms such as Google Cloud and Hadoop.

• Proven experience delivering technically focused Business Analysis services for change initiatives.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse audiences.
• Solid understanding of ESG Data and the data lifecycle.
• Experience working in an Agile Tech Delivery team.
• Experience developing solutions integrating third-party data.

• Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, workshops, and workflow analysis.
• Define project requirements and scope in collaboration with business stakeholders.
• Communicate project progress, estimates, and updates to stakeholders and senior management.
• Support projects with analysis, testing, and organisational skills as needed.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery using Agile methodologies.
• Gather, analyse, and document data, translating it into technical specifications for data engineers.
• Maintain clear documentation of requirements, process flows, and solution designs.
• Promote and adhere to data governance standards, ensuring data definitions, lineage, and quality.
• Produce high-quality documentation including business requirements, data dictionaries, source-to-target mappings, and user guides.
