Engineering Manager (Java + Angular)

Devire Outsourcing IT is a collaboration model dedicated to IT specialists based on self-employment (B2B), delivering projects for clients running innovative and modern projects. The client is a leading international company providing banking and financial services.

• Minimum 6 years of experience as Engineering / Delivery / IT Manager
• Very good knowledge of Java and good knowledge of Angular
• Experience in managing IT projects and working with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• Knowledge of software development and deployment processes and testing techniques
• Experience in team management and employee development
• Ability to manage risks and ensure delivery quality
• English language proficiency at minimum C1 level

• Supporting the Product Owner in backlog management and Product Increment planning
• Organizing and facilitating Planning and coordinating backlog execution
• Monitoring the delivery process (KPIs, schedules, priorities)
• Collaborating with Release Management, Solution Architects, and Product Owners
• Managing risks and ensuring quality (Quality Gates)
• Team development: identifying needs, career paths, supporting Agile work
• Implementing the domain/area development roadmap
