Senior Software Delivery & Engineering Manager

Capgemini is an international delivery organization with a presence in Poland, focusing on delivering, modernizing, and operating business-critical software systems for enterprise clients.

• Experience in a senior management role (e.g. Delivery Manager, Practice Manager, Engineering Manager, Operations Manager)
• Strong background in people management and organizational leadership
• Proven ability to manage large teams and multiple delivery units
• Good understanding of software delivery and IT services environments
• Experience working in international or matrix organizations

• Lead a sizeable custom application delivery organization in Poland
• Execute the local delivery and capability strategy in alignment with global standards
• Build and develop management layers and senior delivery roles
• Take responsibility for delivery performance, quality, and predictability
• Drive leadership development, succession planning, and team engagement
• Support client relationships, key engagements, and pre-sales activities
• Collaborate with international counterparts and peer delivery organizations
• Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery models and ways of working
