Wymagania

  • Proven experience as a Solution Architect within complex, multi-system environments
  • Strong background in content architecture, including DAM, PIM, and digital marketing ecosystems
  • Experience designing cloud-native, scalable architectures
  • Expertise in system integration and content orchestration across multiple platforms
  • Strong understanding of metadata, taxonomy design, and content governance frameworks
  • Experience with tooling strategy, vendor evaluation, and technology stack optimisation
  • Knowledge of governance, security, compliance, and content lifecycle management principles
  • Ability to design high-performance, scalable solutions across regions and channels
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage non-technical and semi-technical audiences
  • Strong collaboration skills and experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Very good command of English, both spoken and written

Obowiązki

  • Act as Solution Architect for marketing unit, supporting approximately 8 technologies with Product Owners and SMEs
  • Define scalable cloud-native architectures for DAM, PIM, AI creative tools
  • Translate marketing requirements into technical solutions
  • Design and oversee integrations and bi-directional content flows across creation, approval, storage, distribution, media, commerce, analytics
  • Establish metadata models and taxonomy standards
  • Evaluate, select, and rationalize content and optimization tools to improve speed-to-market, reuse, performance, and cost
  • Align technology and vendor roadmaps with content and business strategy
  • Embed governance, security, and compliance across content systems (IP, privacy, rights, brand safety, lifecycle)
  • Design scalable architectures for formats, channels, regions, and AI use cases
  • Communicate with stakeholders across marketing, creative, product, engineering, and agencies
  • Support Product Owners and SMEs in technology decisions
