Senior Business Analyst [110-150 PLN/h net + VAT B2B]

Deviniti is a company specializing in designing, developing, and maintaining custom projects for clients worldwide, focusing on mobile and web applications. The role is part of the Analysis and UX Team (AUX), which includes a Team Manager, Business Analysts, and UX Designers working on dedicated products with a high level of autonomy and a mix of agile and waterfall methodologies.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in analysis within IT projects
• Experience working with corporate clients in gathering requirements, analyzing and validating ideas in terms of feasibility, and proposing solutions
• Experience working with development teams in both agile and waterfall methodologies
• Ability to model processes (UML, BPMN) and create project documentation (User Stories, Use Cases)
• Ability to monitor the implementation of business assumptions and test delivered solutions
• Ability to prepare project materials enabling effort and cost estimation
• Knowledge of software development techniques and a very good understanding of technical aspects
• Understanding of solution architecture principles and guidelines
• Experience working with technical documentation and specifications
• Fluent English – minimum C1 level

• Experience in preparing offer analyses and collaborating with the sales department
• Knowledge of prompt engineering techniques and the use of AI in analytical processes
• Experience in system architecture modeling and designing reusable solutions
• Hands-on experience in projects for international clients, including those from the Gulf region
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to negotiate and manage the expectations of various stakeholders

• Comprehensive identification of the Client’s business needs along with solution recommendations
• Gathering and analyzing business and system requirements from clients
• Preparing functional and non-functional specifications
• Modeling business processes and identifying potential areas for growth and improvement
• Interpreting and assessing the feasibility of business requirements and translating them into application and system functionalities
• Running workshops and meetings for stakeholders, and actively participating in project meetings
• Working closely with the development team to deliver business requirements
• Creating and maintaining project documentation throughout the entire project lifecycle at both business and system levels
• Business trips to Qatar (2 weeks on-site with the client, once a month)
• Supporting the sales team in pre-sales activities and co-creating project proposals

The role requires business trips to Qatar for 2 weeks on-site with the client once a month. The team works remotely but with mandatory on-site visits to the client in Qatar. The company has implemented whistleblower protection procedures in accordance with applicable law.
