UX/UI Designer - AI first

• At least 3 years of experience in UX/UI or Product Design, mainly designing digital products (web applications / SaaS).
• Works with AI tools as an integral part of the design process.
• Experience where AI generates or co-generates designs in Figma (layouts, screen variants, components), with the designer providing direction, quality, and consistency.
• Very good knowledge of Figma and ability to create implementation-ready designs (components, states, structure).
• Understands the design → development process and can prepare designs for automatic or semi-automatic code transformation.
• Product-oriented thinking and ability to translate user problems into concrete solutions.
• Enjoys autonomy, experimentation, and working without rigid guidelines.

• Conduct product research using AI tools, including user problem analysis, insight synthesis, and exploring design solutions and hypotheses.
• Design interfaces in Figma with active use of AI, generating initial layouts, screen variants, and components, then refining them.
• Build projects to be directly transformable by AI into Angular code.
• Collaborate closely with frontend on the Figma → AI → Angular pipeline to shorten the path from design to working functionality.
• Test, implement, and evaluate the effectiveness of AI tools supporting design and design-to-code.
• Develop and organize UI patterns and design system elements with automation and scalability in mind.
