Senior/Lead Flutter Developer [120-166 zł/h net + VAT B2B]

Deviniti is a company working on mobile projects in the fintech and e-commerce industries. The Mobile Team consists of 6 Flutter Developers who work in pairs, conduct code reviews, write unit tests, and use CI/CD tools such as Bitrise and Fastlane. The team regularly shares knowledge through the Flutter Academy and meetups.

• Minimum 5 years of experience with mobile applications (Android/iOS), including at least 2.5 years with Flutter
• Very good knowledge of Flutter and Dart
• Experience with Bloc, Freezed, get_it, go_router, and state management in large applications
• Knowledge of functional programming (fpdart, dartz – Either, Option, Result)
• Proficiency in Dependency Injection (manual and through packages like get_it, injectable)
• Ability to write tests, block tests, mocking (mocktail, bloc_test)
• Knowledge of design patterns: Repository, UseCase, Factory
• Good knowledge of Git and working with branched flow (GitFlow, trunk-based)

• Application design in cooperation with UX designers and analysts
• Creating application structure
• Implementing functionality
• Code review and writing unit tests
• Implementation to AppStore and Google Play
• Conducting communication with the client regarding project arrangements
• Organizing the team's work in accordance with the client's arrangements

The position requires a minimum fixed-term contract of 6 months. The recruitment process consists of 4 stages: CV screening, phone interview, online interview, and decision communicated about 2 weeks after the interview.
