• Proven track record of Drupal 10 website management
• Experience in website management for education or professional development content

• Consultancy to define and prioritise actions in line with strategic aims for the Customer's website
• Integration of the CPD frameworks and professional development levels
• Incentivising deeper engagement with resources and community
• Developing a system to recommend personalised learning plans
• Implementing progress tracking and recognition with certification
• Developing timeline and roadmap for development work aligned to aims
• Supporting identification of technical problems on the site and advising on best solutions
• Supporting coordination of technical teams and deployment workflow
• Conducting regular training sessions for the site manager and team
