Project-based support, part-time, up to 8 days per month:

• Define and prioritise actions in line with strategic aims for the Customer's website
• Integrate CPD frameworks and professional development levels
• Incentivise deeper engagement with resources and community
• Develop a system to recommend personalised learning plans
• Implement progress tracking/recognition with certification
• Develop timeline and roadmap for development work aligned to aims
• Support identifying causes of technical problems and advise on best solutions
• Support coordination of technical teams and deployment workflow
• Conduct regular training sessions for the site manager and team
