AI Engineer

ConnectPoint specializes in the integration of IoT and IT/OT. They combine industry knowledge with system integration, software development, data processing, Business Intelligence, and machine learning competencies. Their clients include both large international corporations and local energy, water, and heat providers.

• At least 2 years of experience in AI / GenAI / ML
• Strong knowledge of Python and SQL
• Experience working with LLM models (e.g., GPT, Claude, Llama, Mistral, Bielik, Gemini) and using them via API
• Experience implementing solutions based on RAG and prompt engineering
• Knowledge of Azure AI services (OpenAI Service, AI Search, AI Speech, Document Intelligence, etc.)
• Fluent communication in English (reading documentation, project meetings)
• Accuracy, responsibility, and willingness to experiment with new tools

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of AI solution tools (LangChain, LlamaIndex, HuggingFace, MCP servers)
• Experience with vector databases (ElasticSearch, Qdrant) and LLM observability tools (Arize Phoenix, Langfuse)
• Proficiency with pydantic and MLflow libraries and experience in Data Engineering
• Knowledge of image analysis and processing, including OCR

• Design, develop, and deploy AI assistants and conversational systems based on large language models (LLM)
• Build and integrate Generative AI solutions (RAG, embeddings, vector databases, data analysis from relational databases and data platforms)
• Create and optimize prompts and context engineering
• Implement, optimize, and deploy AI models in Microsoft Azure cloud (OpenAI Service, AI Search, AI Speech, Document Intelligence) and on-premises environments
• Build and maintain ML/MLOps pipelines and collaborate with Data Engineering and DevOps teams
• Participate in PoC projects, production deployments for clients, and research and development initiatives
