- Exceptional leadership and mentorship skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Lead and mentor a cross-functional full-stack team of 6-10 engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Drive the development of advanced analytics solutions (HyperArc, Explore) serving thousands of end-users.
- Support the team's efforts in integrating advanced AI tools and analytics capabilities into products.
- Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders and other engineering teams to align on product vision and goals.
- Advocate for best practices in software development, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
- Ensure transparent communication across teams and departments to facilitate alignment and understanding of goals and objectives.
